In 2024, after exceeding the limit on the annual basis for assessing insurance contributions (PLN 234,720), you must immediately complete the Declaration on 30 times the ZUS contributions and submit it to the office of the Doctoral School.Legal basis: Announcement of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy of December 6, 2023 on the amount of the limitation of the annual basis for calculating the old age pension and disability insurance contributions in 2024 and the amount of the forecast average salary used to determine it (M.P., item 1342).
